For employers & recruiters
Hire a remote full stack developer
Everything a hiring manager or recruiter usually has to dig for — stack, availability, working hours, engagement models and how to verify the work — on one page.

- Based in
- Rawalpindi, Pakistan
- Work mode
- Remote

- Contract, retainer, full-time remote

What I actually do
Two things, which is unusual and worth being explicit about.
I build. Laravel and PHP back ends, React and Angular front ends, WordPress and WooCommerce, REST APIs, admin dashboards, database design.
I run technical operations. Delivery workflows, IT support, hosting and deployment, hiring and technical interviews, process improvement, team coordination. This is my current day job, not an aspiration.
If you are hiring purely for one of those, I can do it. If you are a small team that needs someone who can ship features and keep the lights on without two headcount, that overlap is the argument for me.

How to verify me in ten minutes
Everything below is public and checkable without contacting me first:
- Live sites. domesticrealestate.us, omnireferral.us, iproply.com, tenantflow.app, mrlink.app
- Code. github.com/raufokz
- Written work. The case studies explain the reasoning behind three of these builds, including the trade-offs.
- This site. Built and optimised by me — view source, run Lighthouse on it.
Background worth knowing
I started as an office boy and taught myself to code after work. I have also worked as an ISA on United States real estate campaigns — outbound calls, lead qualification, CRM work.
I mention it because it is relevant, not as a story. It means I have sat on the commercial side of software and understand what a lead, a pipeline stage or a follow-up is worth to a business. Developers who have done that make different, usually better, product decisions.

Availability and working hours
- Currently employed full time; available for contract and freelance work alongside it
- Open to full-time remote roles — tell me the arrangement and I will be straight about capacity
- Pakistan Standard Time, with regular overlap into US and UK business hours
- Comfortable with async written communication, scheduled calls, and standard remote tooling
Engagement models
- Full-time remote — permanent or fixed-term
- Contract — defined scope, milestones, fixed price
- Monthly retainer — reserved capacity, priority response
- Hourly — support, maintenance and open-ended work
Indicative rates are on the pricing section.
What I am looking for
Work where the problem is interesting and the requirements are honest. I would rather join a team that admits its codebase is messy than one that pretends it is not — the first is fixable.
Not a fit: roles that are purely ticket-taking with no context on why, or projects where the plan is to promise a client something the timeline cannot support.
Have a role or a contract in mind?
Send the description and I will reply with a straight answer about fit and availability.
