Real estate web development
Property websites built by someone who has worked the leads they generate — as an ISA on United States real estate campaigns, before building the platforms.
What I build for real estate businesses
- Property marketplaces — browsable inventory that stays usable as listing counts grow
- Listing websites — structured property pages that are fast, consistent and easy to publish
- Search and filtering — location, price, type and the other criteria buyers actually use
- Buyer, seller and investor journeys — three audiences, three paths, one site
- Off-market and investor deal flow — private opportunity tracks separate from public listings
- Lead capture connected to your CRM — GoHighLevel or whatever you already run
- Agent and team pages — profiles, contact routing and enquiry attribution
- Real estate SEO — location pages, schema markup and technical structure
Why the ISA background matters
I have spent working days on United States real estate campaigns: outbound calls, lead qualification, CRM updates, VoIP and SMS follow-up. That experience changes concrete decisions in a build.
- Form fields. I know which questions shorten a qualifying call and which ones make people abandon the form. That trade-off is a business decision, not a design preference.
- Lead routing. Speed to first contact decides outcomes. Notification and routing get designed first, not added later.
- Follow-up. Most leads convert on a later touch. The site has to feed a sequence, not just an inbox.
- Investor language. Investors and retail buyers want different information presented differently. Treating them identically loses both.

Tell me about your inventory, your audience and where leads currently go. That is enough for a useful first conversation.
