Technical Operations Team Lead at AESYRIX
I build web applications, real estate lead systems and CRM automation with Laravel, React and WordPress — and I stay involved after launch, because shipping code is only half of what a business actually needs.
Work you can open right now
About me
I started my working life as an office boy. In the evenings, after everyone had gone home, I taught myself HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP on the office computers. That habit turned into a junior developer role, then a developer role, and eventually into leading technical operations for a team.
Along the way I spent time as an ISA and real estate call agent on United States campaigns — qualifying leads, working CRMs, VoIP and SMS systems. That is an unusual background for a developer, and it is why I understand what a lead is worth before I design the form that captures it.
Every professional development skill I have is self-taught, then proven on client work.
What I do best
The areas where I do my strongest work — and where clients get the most out of hiring me.
React and Angular interfaces, responsive layouts and dashboards people use every working day. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind, Bootstrap.
Laravel and PHP applications, REST APIs, authentication, admin panels and relational database design that stays fast as data grows.
Custom themes and plugins, WooCommerce stores, migrations, speed and security work — and rescuing sites another developer left behind.
IT support, hosting, DNS and SSL, deployment, delivery workflows, hiring and technical interviews. My current day job, not a side interest.
Technical audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexing fixes and page-speed work — the reason a good-looking site actually gets found.

Career journey
Eight steps from office boy to Technical Operations Team Lead — each one earned by learning something the previous role did not require.
Step 01
Office support · 2023
Kept the office running while watching the developers work. Stayed after hours and started learning how websites are actually built.
Step 02
Evenings & weekends
HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP on borrowed time and free tutorials. No bootcamp, no CS degree — just consistency.
Step 03
SoftoSol · 2023–2024
First role writing code for money. Bug fixes, small features, and learning to work inside someone else's codebase.
Step 04
SoftoSol / AESYRIX · 2024
Angular SPAs, Laravel and PHP back ends, MySQL schemas, REST APIs and WordPress builds, plus performance and SEO work.
Step 05
US real estate campaigns
Outbound calling, lead qualification, CRM updates and SMS follow-up. Taught me what a business does with the data my software collects.
Step 06
AESYRIX
IT support, WordPress projects, troubleshooting, hosting and deployment, and the workflows that keep client work moving.
Step 07
AESYRIX · current
Team coordination, technical workflow management, hiring and interviews, and process improvement — while still writing code.
Step 08
Direct clients · remote
Selected freelance projects alongside the day job: real estate platforms, CRM automation and custom web applications.

Current role
Development is one input. Operations is what makes the output survive contact with a business.
IT support, system troubleshooting, hosting and deployment, and keeping live client sites and internal tools healthy.
Technical workflow management across web and WordPress projects, so work moves predictably from brief to launch.
Team coordination, conducting technical interviews, onboarding new members and setting the standards they work to.
Finding the repeated manual step and removing it — business operations work that shows up as saved hours, not new features.

FAQ
Custom web applications in Laravel, PHP, React and Angular; WordPress and WooCommerce builds; REST API development and integration; admin dashboards; real estate websites and lead systems; GoHighLevel and CRM automation; technical SEO and performance work; and ongoing website maintenance.
A short discovery call, then a written scope with milestones and a fixed quote before any code is written.
Development runs with regular plain-English updates, followed by a review round against the agreed scope, deployment with hosting, DNS and SSL configured, and a support window after launch.
I work as Technical Operations Team Lead at AESYRIX and take selected freelance projects alongside it. I'm open to contract work, monthly retainers and full-time remote roles. I work from Pakistan Standard Time with regular overlap into US and UK business hours.
Send the details through the contact form, by email to rauforakzai10@gmail.com, or on WhatsApp at +92 370 1913453. Describe the problem rather than the feature list and my first reply will be more useful.
Yes. I work remotely with international clients, including United States real estate businesses. Communication is in English by email, WhatsApp or scheduled calls.
Yes, and it's a large part of what I do. I'll audit the existing codebase or site first and tell you honestly whether it's cheaper to repair or rebuild, before either of us commits to anything.
You do. Repositories, hosting, domains and third-party accounts are set up in your name or transferred to you at handover. I don't hold client work hostage.
Contact
Whether it's a full application, a stuck WordPress site or real estate operations support — send the details and I'll reply within one business day.
Fastest response is WhatsApp during Pakistan business hours; email any time.
